Grand Prix Problems 02 SE

Okay so I have a couple problems with my 2002 Grand Prix SE.
Problem 1, Mode 6 data shows TID:$07 CID:$4d minimum sensor voltage for test (calculated) Maximum 33,493 Current 37,233
What does this mean? I couldn't find anything on the internet
Problem 2, Catalyst incomplete, Evap System and 02 Sensor Heater Incomplete
What could be the problem 02 sensor? Or catalyst?
Problem 3, Check Engine Light On Codes are p0401 egr flow insufficient, p0405 egr recirculation sensor "a" circuit low, p1404 power train, and p0404 egr control circuit range/performance.
What could this one be? Egr valve? Ive cleaned all the pathways and replaced the egr pipe from the exhaust pipe to egr valve.

theres no code for prob #1, so no idea at all what your talking bout there.

as far as incomplete items, how long has it been since the battery was taken out? or the codes cleared? those things the cat and o2 can take a while to become "ready"

sounds like you need a egr valve too.

Don't buy cheap from the internet. I battled a 40.00 egr valve for 6 weeks before I finally bought a good one and problems solved.

Mode 6 data?... Only voltage that high is coils, have you tested them?

Problem 2, Catalyst incomplete, Evap System and 02 Sensor Heater Incomplete

O2 sensors?... How old, miles? Evap incomplete is Evap Leak, gas cap?

All these codes just popped at once? If so then I would wonder if something got to the wiring harness? If so is too weird they happened all of a sudden.
