Grand Prix lurches around 35mph

Hey does anyone know what is wrong when the car lurches (shifts hard???) when you hit around 35mph, it is fine going 60-75mph but just driving on a road that is 35mph speed limit it lurches forward a lot.


Thanks any help would be appreciated.
