Grand Prix GTP Parking lights not working???

I have a 2000 grand prix gtp

My turn signals would both work, but only one of the parking lights work (same bulb). After replacing the bulb a couple of times, and replacing the cluster of wires that the headlight assembly goes to, it still doesn't work. Any help please??? :c
