GP GT V.S. Civic Si Turbo'd, G35X, & 94 Jetta

OMG all this defending civics is making me sick lol, first of the 06 and up civic si's stock are only capable of maybe 14.9's with a damn good driver, idk what model he raced but driver error may have played a bit of a part if the gp is stoc, now its very possible he could have beat a turbo'ed civic if the civic wasn't tuned, now the g35 im guessing is a sedan which is also in the 14's...but in the end it is the streets and who knows how the other guys upkeep there cars, nice kill!

Your wrong. I've seen bone stock Si's here in the midwest (which btw BLOWS for good track times IMO because of the humidity) touching 14.2's-14.5's all day long. Even if the Civic wasn't tuned, boost is still going to KILL N/A in most cases IMO. Even if the Honda was down a couple cylinders. Those K20A motors are pretty stout 2.0 i-VTEC DOHC's and love boost.

....and 16 second stock GT?...I ran a 15.6 bone stock doggy!!!

WOW...THAT IS FAST!! Can you beat turbo Honda's with those times?:th_biggrin2:

the G35X is the sedan model, they only make X sedan models.

Infiniti makes G35X Coupe's as well, just a FYI ;)

lol yea u can have a lot of fun with those engines in civics, those baby integra's.......don't they rev at like 16,000rpm's lmao!

Maybe 8-9K...10-11K on a very built motor.

Then where did you run those Mid 14s on a STOCK GT? Is that 1/8th mile times? If so, then there is something wrong with your car because that would be something like a 20 second 1/4 mile time. Look, I'm not saying you didn't beat these guys. Anything can happen. Great kills. I'm just trying to figure out how you got a 3800 NA to run times that are the same as the exact same engine with a supercharger. What are your 1/8th mile times? What's the DA of that track on the day that you raced there?

X3:D I'm just wondering to I can rest my mind ;) There is a cammed SE around here with the GT2, HV3, Ported TB, HPT'ed, 4" Intake, 3" DP, 3" Custom Single Exhaust, etc. and ran 14.9 with 275's on the front. I think he ran around 9's in the 1/8th or so...if not a tad quicker.
