Got some questions about the top swap??

Hey guys,
I know i haven't been on here in forever but I've been working a **** load.
So i got money saved up for a top swap.
I've heard of people going to junk yards and getting the supercharger off the GTP instead of ordering it off the internet.
I was wondering what other parts i needed as well for the swap/
 


look around first before you buy. i got a sweet deal on mine, for $600 i got everything i needed for the swap plus a cam, comp pushrods, and oe-r lifters. the junkyard might not be your best bet. you might be able to get it from people on here or clubgp.

just for the record, you need a lot more than the blower to make it work.
 
Blower,BBV,L67 coil bracket,L67 pullies,PCM,L67 engine harness


To name a few
 
dont need the pcm..here is my list:

heads
LIM
m90
TB
fuel rails
injectors
coil pack bracket with idler
tensioner to go with coil pack bracket
standoff idler
crank pulley


i think that is it besides all the gaskets that go in between. you dont need the pcm because you can just flash a gtp bin on it and youre good to go. the only thing that wont work is the bbv, but you then have to make it vacuum controlled instead of by the pcm, piece of cake.
