Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Got some knock issues I'm not to sure about

I think I have my MAF tables dialed in pretty good, while I have the tuning file flashed to get the part throttle dialed in it won't read LTFTs, with the standard tune they're -5 to 0, WOT MAF section was at 0 when I tuned that to 11.0.

I started tuning the timing, got some knock so I backed it down some on the stock table in the areas of knock, none at part throttle BTW. I did some scanning on the way to work, ~10 min drive, and did a couple of pulls with downshifts, and I spiked at 8* I believe when last night I only got 2* IIRC.

After work I loaded the 05+ timing tables and scanned on the way home. Did a pull from 1st gear and I only 1* of knock, did a 3rd-1st downshift and once again got something like 8*, it did the same thing on a 2nd-1st shift.

Am I looking at false knock issues?

If someone tells me how I'll upload my tunes and both scans

Use google docs so we can check them out.
Are you tuning with a wideband? If you're not you're really only guessing.

Hmmm, I'll mess with it after I get out of class. I did a couple of more pulls and same thing. 1st gear pull got no knock, downshift pull immediately goes to 6*, did another 1st gear short pull and got 1*.

I'm hoping false knock, it shouldn't be the sway bar since I've had it since I got the car, I've had poly dogbone mounts for a year now no issue, I'm not hearing any noises either. I'll get under it this weekend and make sure everything is tight.

Its not false.... Downshifting is by far the worst thing you can subject your motor and trans to.

I never downshift my modded cars like that... and I try not to do it in my DD's as much as I can. It really isnt that hard to reach over and pull it down into the gear you want now is it?

Then I guess I'll be pulling most of the timing from the WOT areas then. I'll be looking into a meth kit pretty soon looks like.

Also can a nonfuncioning BBV cause any issues like this?

I took out the torque management and the KR is all gone, I've only gotten a couple of blips of 1* at the shifts on multiple pulls.

I still get a blip every now and then. My thing is that everything in the interior buzzes when the torque converter locks up and a blip from a stop. Its fvcking annoying. All the mounts are the same from the original motor. I'll be going over it this weekend to see if anything is making contact, but I dont think it is. If I can't find anything I'll make some Vinnie Spacers and take these poly dog one mounts off.

See i get a Huge 11* blip when i hit the throttle over 45%. If i roll into it now its not as bad but still stinks. After taking off all of the TQ Management at least i can roll into boost and go WOT and it will go down to 0ish. I still got alot ot work out. I've been getting some p1811 codes lately. It was shifting pretty hard this morning. I think it might have been the way i had the tune setup. I'm not sure. I went back to a previous tune and took away the TQ management and it seems to act much better. Glad you got your issue solved i need to open my own thread...

That's exactly what I got, its real annoying now so I'm probably going back to stock rubber if I can find them.

I use to have this issue. IIRC, I think I pulled a little timing in the .68/ .80 load cells at the appropriate rpm. Not sure but I might have also added fuel in the 0 second, 2400 rpm area on my PE add vs RPM table.

I'm not positive but a shift kit might help this problem since it kicks down damn near immediately instead of allowing the engine to load.

I've had a shift kit for a while, I did remove a little bit of timing which helped some, removed torque management, and desensitized the knock sensors some. Its still there but worlds better than before. I'm going to try and find my stock rubber mounts and swap those.
