Driving home from school I turn on this one road and see some blue sporty-looking convertible just a bit ahead of me so, since I'm driving a totally awesome GP, I decided (almost subconsciously) to get on it a bit and catch up to him. Eventually got behind this thing and did a double-take when I saw the BMW insignia on the back. Get a bit closer and saw what it really was, a convertible BMW Z4.
And to make a cool story even cooler (cool story so far huh bro?) he was only doing 50 on a road where the speed limit is 55. So, since I'm driving my totally-awesome GP, and since traffic is almost non-existent, I decided to go ahead and pass this guy NASCAR slingshot style. Kinda fell behind him a bit then get up to 60 and kept gaining till I whipped out in the left lane and passed this guy in my way cool GP. Apparently he wasn't afraid to get on it cause by the time I pass him at 60 I notice that he's basically on my bumper (shoulda done a brake check LOL).
Keep this up till we get to my turn-off and when I get home I looked up the specs on this thing and realized how he probably coulda beat the crap outta me and my GP if he decided to race when I did my slingshot style pass.
Anyways, I know I'm a total douché for running my GP with a BMW, but hey, gotta have fun sometimes right?
 


Yea, when I saw the BWM insignia on the back I figured I wouldn't beat him since it's a brand new BMW and I'm in a 13yr old Pontiac, but I figured that "Z4" had something to do with engine specs, possibly being a 4-banger. Boy was I wrong!
Oh well, live and learn I guess haha.

You're faster than plenty of bmw's.. Well not as many if you're n/a.
 
I smoked a Z3 a while back... haven't found a Z4 to try against. I know the specs and think I would lose
 
I killed some 5 series gt. Probably not a very big engined 5 series though. All I know was it was ugly and it lost.
 


i pulled up to a guy in his later 20's in a bmw roadster idk what it was cuz personally i didnt care and asked him how many teeth he pulled to buy it he got all pissed off

Z4's are nothing great...most of them had the 2.0 4 banger or the 2.5/3.0 straight 6...

It is the Z4M with junky M3 motor you need to watch out for.
