Good Struts but Creaky Strut Bearings

This 04 comp g I just got has good Bilstiens but the strut bearings are creaking. Are the bearings available separately or can they be cleaned and lubed?
 


Yes, you can buy just the strut mount. Comes with new plate and bearing.

I've never tried to grease them as normally they just already beat up and I don't wish to try and take them apart.
