You have a 04+? You cant use a gen3 SC housing due to the throttle body not being able to bolt up.

"psi" is not something you would want to "shoot for". Just mod to where you want your power to be, then set the boost where it is safe.

i want to run 13-15 psi safely will this work fine?

I also want to know i have the gen V now but since it wont be used i bought a gen 3 m90 with block off plate and LIM so i could sell the gen v. Do i need anything else to throw it in the car or is that all?

15psi on a snail is much different from 15psi on a HUGE turbo.
If you have a wideband just adjust boost accordingly. Start low and increase as you feel the need.
