• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

GM Repair Manuals

I now have an official copy of GM repair manuals thru 2005. They are the manuals actually used by GM mechanics. If anyone needs any repair information from the manual you can send me a request and i can copy and paste the information that you need. Again its up thru 2005. and there is no GXP information in them but the other copy thats on the way in the mail will have up thru 2010. If a moderator wants to sticky this or move it to another section that is fine.

Edit. And the copy on the way will have GXP information on it

Ever used ESI before? If not, I can give you a few tips. Like finding the pinouts of connectors "connector end view".

First..fix phone to autocorrect what you mean based on telepathy.

Connector end view is huge, honestly that's a gimme right there.
Vin is nice, because it gives you only stuff for that vehicle. I rarely use it though
Search is good, you need to read/hunt a bit to figure out what it's called in the FSM. Then you'll be invincible.

Awesome. I will have the manuals all the way thru 2010 next week. I would already buy when I ordered em they sent me the wrong CD. Their sending me the correct one today. Some of that stuff u just said didn't make to much since but I haven't used the manual to much yet. I'm gonna mess with it more on lunch today

Allow me to elaborate.

When you are trying to figure out which pin on say the tps connector is power, return, ground etc. Go to engine controls, and in the search bar type in "connector end view" Then scroll down and find the tps.

O OK I understand now. That will be extremely useful. Didn't know it would show that
