Ok...I'm talking bottom end...but if you wanna go that route...besides the DBW TB...External MAF setup...extra vacuum hoses from the intake...PCV is slightly different IIRC, Downpipe isn't the same since there isn't a U-Bend, Fuel System is returnless, Aluminum Upper Intake instead of plastic one...
 


injector connectors might be different, MAP connector might be different, ECM is completely different, you'll need a custom tuned PCM.

ECM and TCM are combined in one unit, PCM.
 


that doesnt sound like a good deal. If that series 2 was beat on, it will be done in another 20k. Invest some more money and have a motor with less than half the miles
 
ya but way it sounds i'll put more into the 3 because i'll need pcm, wiring, ect the 2 just needs to last me till tax season
