Look at the rust that has fallen from the rocker panel. I would say this car was destined for the junk yark, and someone just had some fun with it. I did the same to an 88 5.0 LX I had, It was very much FUN! Tools of the trade are: sledgehammer, regular hammer, cinder block, left or right foot, Winchester model 190 .22LR.
