Getting into Boost earlier.

It seems like that after my custom tune by PRJ that I'm getting into boost a lot earlier than I used to. Is this even possible by changing the tune?:th_scratchhead:

i dont know if you can change that in the tune.

but you could try raising the bbv up some.

Your probably just noticing more timing and torque management being removed, as well as a better fueling curve to get your fuel trims locked in. Also probably lowered the PE enabled throttle position so your going into PE earlier... etc.

I know the tune can mNipilate the boost ramp rate.

just f'n with ya. i have raised and lowered my bbv at times to see if i liked one over the other.
