I seen a show where they said black atcually helps disapate the engine heat. Back in the day people would paint the underside of their intake manifold white to keep it cooler also. It was one of the old hot rod tricks.

i did the BBQ paint cuz it can resist the heat and not flake off, that and its cheap!

Lol, yup. Thats about the best picture I have of the bike too.


Install of the Gen V will hopefully be tomorrow. Ended up not having the correct bolts Thursday night and also ran out of time, and today.... well today was just nuts, and tonight was even worse. Check out the time this post was made and then consider I'm just now getting home.

So yeah. Install pics hopefully coming soon.
