Gen 5 S/C to Gen 3 I/C- What needs to happen?

I believe I heard you can do this but was wondering what needs to be dont to make it happen.
 


do the outlet of the blower and inlet of the intercooler line up? does the core go use the same bolt holes (i would assume so since the genV fits a genIII LIM as long as you cut the opening bigger)?
 
I THINK you can just cut the opening on the plates bigger, but i'm not 100% sure. Someone at ClubGP would know or you could contact PRJ, he's done alot of custom jobs of the alike...
 
I'm already ordering the Gen 5 i/c since i sold mine.


But I appreciate you're input. That does make sence since the core is proabably larger than the opening.
