• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

gen 1 spoiler & sd air dam

Yes it will. Also not all of the holes line up. I had to elongate the holes on the trunk on those that needed it.

I can add to this :D

i have a special edition and our spoilers are slightly diffrent then the gen 2 748901034

99PGPGT (top) is a SLP Gen2 Spoiler

mboase (bottom) is a Daytona/Special Ed/40th Ann style spoiler.

A top view would help you really note the differences, the Gen2 is a standard 6 bolt style and goes across half the deck lid, just doesn't stick up like a madman. Yours is a 3 bolt and only sits on the very back edge of the deck lid. From the back they look really similar, but from the side/top you can really see the difference.

Found a solid way to see the difference. Little Google use goes along way hehe

Top is SLP Gen1 vs Gen2. Notice how long they are front to back, cover a good portion of the deck lid.

Now here is your Daytona (top) and a factory (bottom). Notice how short your spoiler is and how little it covers. Works just as well considering, looks just as good from the back, just different setup.

Both SLPs bold directly in the factory 6 bolt holes and cover the same area if not a little more than the factory spoiler. As I said, the Daytona's are a different 3-bolt design. To change over you'd have to fill the holes and re-drill 6 new ones or swap deck lids.

thanks guy for all of the input im pretty sold on the air dam. im thinking about the spoiler mike has and just going to a junk yard and gettin a trunk lid for 35 bucks i can paint that myself i think

Here is my white coupe with the Gen 1 if you wanted same color comparison:

I like it. Holes did fit ok, I did have to elongate 1 in the spoiler due to issues...and I think I only have 4 or 5 of the 6 bolts in.
It is a bird bath tho, holds water in the corners. But nothing a microfiber and some quick detailer won't take care of.

so i just added up the gen 2 spoiler, air dam, and sd hood, with out paint and shipping just for the lip and spoiler is just over $1,100 shipping on the hood is roughly $150. the dam itsself is $145 which is crazy. hmmm seconds thoughts

That red spoiler is a SD...look at the difference in the top lip of the gen 1 on the white gt above.....pretty obvious difference.

Only thing I have against my sd air dam is it sits lower than what the bumper is already at, so if you're lowered and rubbing now, it's going to get much harder not to scrape.
