Gear Shift Appearance

Does anyone know if they make a cover that can go over the letters on the gear shift? The part that has the P R N etc. Is all scratched and it bothers the crap outta me. Any options available?

I took mine apart, sanded it down and put clear coat over it and it turned out perfect.
