Gauge Cluster Died and Code Question

So, I was driving to school this morning and my entire gauge cluster stopped working, except the part where it tells you what gear you're in. Miles, trip, spedo, temp, gas, ect. It was also accompanied by a "Check Gauges" on the HUD and the throwing of a P0650 code, I read that might have to do with the car putting out more emissions than it's supposed to? Weird that I would get that now given that I haven't had a cat since I bought it...

Anyways, was wondering if I can just find a close mileage gauge cluster and swap them? Will this throw any warning lights, or is there any year differences I would need to be concerned about?

Oh, okay. Musta looked at the wrong OBDII site.

It still lights up and everything, but I'll check all the fuses when I get home. Do you know if the fuse for the cluster is in the engine bay one or the one behind the glove compartment?
