Can anyone tell me why i get such bad gas mileage. I get around 15.2 city. I dont know currently what i get on the highway. I need help fast. Thank You.

wow everyone. thats low haha. granted i know some of you (blue and 91) have some pretty extensive mods but my comp g gets like 18 with a heavy foot and my gt was gettin 20ish city while i was pretty cruel to it

I'd start with the 02 sensor (denso), get it from sparkplugs.com, it's a lot cheaper than your local parts store and will be better quality. When is the last time you did a tune-up? Plugs/wires will play a big part in MPG depending on how old yours are, if you don't know the last time they've been replaced it's probably not a bad idea.

My GTP gets 22 mpg in the same driving conditions (to work & back in city, same route every day) vs. my '01 Suburbans 18.5 mpg. I do drive like an old man, but I drive all my vehicles the same.

Can no one read sticky's anymore? Just wondering...

Huh? You think you could tell me what KR is and why it's bad? Also, what size pulley you think I could run with an intake and ubend delete?

My 140k 1996 olds 98 gets about 24-25mpg to and from work with city-highway like driving a/c off...some stoplights but majority of the trip i can maintain 55mph to keep it locked into overdrive.

Last road trip i did with it i made 27-29mpg interstate rolling at 80mph with a/c on...

One before that i was moving and had the car loaded with about 1200lbs and was getting about the same mileage.....car loves the interstate
