Gas in oil?

Hello all!

Again I am seeking the expertise of the members of the message board. I have a 1993 Grand Prix with a 3.1L in it. Today while driving I thought I smelled some burnt oil, and when I got home decided to check it out. I didn't smell anything underneath the hood, but when I checked the dipstick I found that the oil smelled a bit of gas. I haven't had any issues with the car, a bit of rough idling when parked but that has been for a while now, otherwise no issues. I usually know somewhere to start but am at a total loss of where to start for this. Anywhere to begin looking or a good place to start would be of great help, otherwise I'm gonna be paying a mechanic to diagnose and fix...

My wife drives the car back and forth to work, which is 16 miles one way, and she says it gets up to temperature. I just took it on a longer haul, round trip near 100 miles at least, and that's when I got back and found that the oil smelled of gas.

ANY and ALL help would be greatly appreciated!

If possible, remove the fuel rail(s) and prime the fuel system without turning the car on of course and watch to see if any injectors just start dripping fuel out.

If one is leaking out on it's own it can fill the crankcase with fuel.
