I have a 2004 Grand Prix. It has had issues with the fuel gauge not reading. I am guessing fuel sending unit? Secondly, yesterday, while driving the car it died. I restarted it, was able to go about another 150 ft. It died again. One last time I was able to restart. It died and now is permanently not starting? Not only that, when I am cranking the car, it will continue to try to start after I release the key (3rd issue). Any ideas? thanks
 


Yes the fuel gauge not reading is probably the sending unit. You need to see whether or not it has fuel pressure. Do you hear the pump cycle when you turn the key on?
