Fuel line twisted!!

I went to change fuel filter and it wouldn't come off I looked at it and the actual fuel line is twisted and kinked right at the fitting that screws into filter any way to fix this or do I have to buy whole new fuel line

As long as it's not leaking then it should be ok, but how bad is it kinked? Pic? It sounds like you didn't hold the line side steady and turn the filter to remove it instead of just trying to remove the line itself without holding the filter. They are known to do this when they rust up.

It's kinked pretty bad the bad thing is I can't get filter off bc it's right behind the nut that you are suppose to turn I wasn't sure the best way to repair it

you can get a dorman fuel line repair kit.

lock the line nut down, aka dont move it, then use a wrench to turn the filter off the line nut.
