Fuel line nut size

The end on the line cOnnecting to the fuel filter. Figure someone can save me from crawling uNder the car till I snatch a line wrench. This is my last shot at changing this stupid rusted line/
 


if u disconnect the quick connect line and mounting bracket you can usually just twist the filter off. if i had to guess id say like 7/8 or 1"
 
what hes saying is not to even try to break the line nut free. hold the nut tight, and turn the filter, so it comes off the nut. that way the nut stays frozen to the line, and you dont twist the line.

Oh I know. Been there done that tho lol. Im hoping since its hot as ballz out that may help. Im taking a wire brush to it daily now to see if that will help the PB creep in there and PB again for a week or so then gonna go one more round. Im going to use a line wrench most likely tho. I need to find a heat gun that is a litle more adjustable heat that mine. If I can keep the heat around 400 Ill be good since gas isnt famable till 495 but thats a far stretch IF I do that. Ill take a pic of how bad its rusted. I bet you already know all about this issue tho.
 


man its really seized on there then. my nut was rounding out and i just twisted the filter right off. screw using the heat gun id rather just cut it off and put new line on there.
