Fuel enable circuit 229-Polarity

Hey guys,I,m wanting to switch out the pcm on my 97 GT,I have an extra 97 pcm from a regal that has the same service numbers.
The problem is that the buick pcm has the security enabled and my gt has no factory security.
Does anyone know what the polarity is on pin 70 in blue harness when fuel is enabled?
