Fuel door replacement

Been looking on here and I can't find it but my fuel door is sagging bad and the hing is rusted off so I want to replace it but don't know how. Guidence?
 


I ended up buying an OE GM fuel door with hinge on amazon for like $65 and then painted and clear coated myself. Should be good for the next 15 years, lol.
