Front subframe mount?

Ok, someone help me out here. Trying to check if my subframe bolts are tight. FSM says spec is 133 ft-lbs, rear ones are ok, but front looks just like a smaller flanged nut on the end of a stud? The diagram shows a solid bolt with a hex head going thru just like the rear, not a nut? I'm just a little confused about what I'm looking at. I don't wanna tighten the nut to 133 ft-lbs, seems too much for a nut that small.

not knowing what year car you have, ive heard theres a brace or bracket, im guessing thats it in your pic. the sub frame bolt is further up, that bar is in the way.

Its an 04. I just don't see that brace mentioned in any diagrams or in the fsm under the section dealing with replacing the bushings.
