Front end noise? Transmission?

Anyways, both wheel bearings and cv axles have been changed out in last 20k miles prior to noise. I am aware of checking wheel bearing noise by making high speed turn and seeing if noise goes away. No clicking when turning which I think indicates cv axle issue.

Either tires or transmission issue is my guess. I rotated tires and noise is still constant. Noise is constant whether in drive or in neutral.

I dont know at this point. Might change out the cv axle or just wait for complete failure.

Thoughts?

It wouldn't be the first time w-body wheel bearings only last 20k. I wouldn't count that out yet.

Easiest way to check is lift the front end and spin the wheels individually, that will at least pinpoint which side it's on. After that, a mechanic's stethoscope or long screwdriver becomes your friend.
