front drivers side sits higher than passengers side

my front drivers side suspension sits higher than the passenger side , how is this ?
i already checked the height on 4 corners and the only difference is the drivers side , a 1 inch difference ...

can anybody chime in . im not sure if i have to cut the spring or lower it with a bracket and screws ..

is there a height difference from a SE model vs GT or GTP ? :th_scratchhead:
