Front bumper with no plate spot?

Anyone know where to find these? They used to be on ebay but I don't see any on there. I know people have bought them before but don't remember who. It's a normal looking bumper but has no spot for a license plate on the front and just says pontiac.

or a crappy aftermarket bumper, usually missing arrowhead not plate.
