I recently got a 2005 Base model Grand Prix, and I bought it with the steering wheel and passenger dash airbag having gone off. I don't really want to take it to a shop because they quoted me an insane number, but I want to make this car nicer so I can enjoy it for a while. My dad has replaced airbags before, and he will help me, but I need to get everything I need to get the job done first. I have the steering wheel airbag, and I located the crash sensor infront of the radiator but I want to know what other things I need to get to and what I might need. If anyone has any wisdom for me on how to get this job done, please help me out. I am not taking it to a shop, I want to learn more and spend less. If anyone needs pictures or wants a list of SRS codes that I found when going over the system to help me out just let me know. Thanks for any help.
