Found silver spo grills at the junk yard for 7 DOLLARS!!!

I went to my local salvage yard just to check out what they had and found a set of silver spo grills. Got them for 7 dollars. Only problem is 3 clips are broken on each one. I guess that's why someone pulled them and left them there. Anyway I can fix them? The car I got them from also had spo tips. They had clamps on them. How would I go about removing them? What tool or tools what I need? thank you
