fogged corners

could somebody please clue me in on how to keep my drivers side headlight corner from fogging up. i caulked it once, didnt work. caulked it twice, didnt work. caulked around the light bulbs, still didnt work. i even took the corner out and sat it on a fan for a day to dry out... twice, still didnt work. why do they do this, and how do i keep them from doing it?!?!!?

buy new ones

you can get two new ones off ebay for 33 bucks, and those can be black or clear corners to add coolness to your car.
