Fog Lights

My fog lights are not turning on, i checked the fuse and the bulbs and both are fine. The switch inside the car dosnt even light up I was thinking it might be the relay but i dont haveanything to test it with.if anyone can help that would be awesome
 


make sure the switch is still plugged in, it sucks to take the dash out but that's an option, but that is just my input
