fog lights with high beams?

ok might not be the good section but thought this would be the best spot. So is it possible to get your high beams to go on and be able to keep the fog lights on? asking this because my fog lights are brighter than my headlights, fogs are 4300k and head lights are 8000k and people have been flashing me since ive installed the 4300k fog lights now when i flash my high beams back it gets darker lol. i know could just get brighter bulbs for my headlights but it would still be cool to do this, light output would be sick!
