fog light lens removal

Does anyone know how to remove the lens from the housing on the 2005 fog lights?

I've tried putting them in the oven for a bit to soften the glue but I believe its something else holding it on as well.
 


Oh. I was only putting them in for 5 min. I guess I need to put them in for longer. Has anyone put HIDS or high beam bulbs into these fog lights before? I didn't see any how to's
