Fog Lamp Problems

so the other day i realized that the fog lamps crapped out on me. The only problem is, there's no way the lamps are bad. I checked the fuse and it was fine because that was my first instinct. I even put a replacement fuse in to check it, and still nothing happened. I have a feeling that the switch is bad...has anyone had problems with this before or know anything about it?? I really have no idea how to go about getting to see if that is real issue. FYI, i dont know jack about electrical. I havent checked the lamps as that will be a grand ol' time knowing that I will get to jack up my lowered GP...if you know anything PLEASE let me know!!!
 


The first thing I would do is grab a multi-meter and check for voltage at the bulb connector on the fog lamp. Then you can work your way back up the system from there.
