Flip out screen head units.

Has anyone used these before? I want to get the boss BV9973, I'm redoing my whole audio set up and cannot decide on a head unit all I know is it needs to be a flip out screen ive been looking at this one. Will it have any problems folding out with the vents above it? Does anyone have pics of this head unit or similar ones?
