Fixing 1995 Door handles

Ok - tried a search and couldn't find any thread referring to fixing the door handles on a 1995 Grand Prix. (non operational)

Any words of wisdom or step-by-steps available before I go in blind, removing door panels, etc.?

I did mine on a 94 GTP. I replaced the entire assembly because the handle broke off. There was a plastic cover on the inside of the door jam, after you remove that it exposes the bolts to remove the entire assembly as well as the linkage. I think your linkage might need to be adjusted. If that doesn't work I would replace the whole assembly. I found that it was the cheapest on rockauto.com
