So im driving around town JUST picked up the GTP and i was getting the feel for it as i was coming back from the dealership ( no that it took long casue i owned a GT before just ahd to get use to the power difference) any who I was coming down a back road playing a little w/ the suspension ( which is GREAT) anywho i was chillen and i saw this guy trying to catch up to me.. was hauling pretty good and i noticed he wasnt slowing down so i deided to play a little.. right as he came up to my car, i dropped it in 2nd and slammed it.. by the time i shifted to 3rd he was 6 cars behind me playing catch up... so i slowed down and did it again... turned out to be a Galant haha

nothing special but was still fun!

Droping your 4t65e-hd (your trans) into manual 2nd is not a good idea at all, the second gear on the shifter has a different engagement than the 2nd gear in the normal (d) setting, unless you want a new trans, I suggest installing a performance shift button (a tuned pcm is usually required)

Nice Kill, but be careful, a new trans is a good amount of $$

thnx guys... mid next year i plan on a new tranny rebuild w/ new gears.. stil aways away.. but i already got my res deleted DP is on order..and next month colder plugs, pulley, tune, maybe some dynomax exhaust
