First day of ownership, and the engine blew...with pics.

So these are taken about 1.5 years after the engine blew up, on the drive home from buying it.

Granted it rusted some, but all I did was wiggle the cracked part of the block and....

Top one is the best of the 6 pistons..bottom was the worst.

did you buy it from a dealer or private sale? That really sucks man i would be pissed if the car i just bought started chipping pistons and put a hole through the block as i was driving it home.

I bought it from a used car dealer, and signed the "as is", but it wasnt expensive, we even got the guy to pay for our motor..But I learned alot about the car, so it's all good...

plus its badass to have a chunk of my block in my car as a reminder that I shouldnt run the car hard when its ****ing 100degrees....
