Filling supercharger slits and egr.

I am taking my supercharger off tonight to fill in the silencing slits and egr. What else should I fill in on it? Tanks
 


fill the coolant holes on the lim and egr on the lim. What are you filling the slits with?
 
You should. The 2 holes for the yellow O-Rings... For the epoxy to work your going to want to clean/wax & grease remover before hand really good.
 


just seal up the slits and port the outlet while you got that **** off, not a bad idea to smooth the inlet casting ridge.
 
i used aluminum epoxy and my **** is still there and working well. i like listening to it. port the outlet.
 


yup... check my thread. i do not ghetto grind the outlet like most ive seen. i machine it. only way to do it. i also machine open the inlet to 77 mm , 78 upon request to match zzp billet tb.
