Fan Vibration with Engine

OK. So I put my fan on to turn the AC on or Heat on, and when I put the knob past 3 or 4, the engine seems to have a shaking going on. Does any one know what this could be caused by? I am at a loss as to what this can be as I have checked the Rad Fans and it all seems to be tight. Any assistance would be appreciated.
