sooooooooo last night im driving down the highway when this ****ty ass gp se full of kids rolls up on me. sooo im riding and theyr startin wit me flippin me off n ****. so finnallly im like **** it punch it. come around the bend theres the statie. as we passin im in the left hes in right and cops in the woods to the rightso pass the cop he pulls out so when i seen him i pulled in front of the kid then the cop comes up tells him to fall back i new i wass gettin poped so i pulled over before he put his lights on. long bs story short now im short 230$ 83 in a 65 and 50$ sticker ticket ****KK YOUU MASS STATIES AND PUNK AZZ KIDS IN SH!TTY GPS STARTIN SH!T

yeah no ****. i never take the highway from where i was but there was a bunch of cops headin back my way backroads so i went that wayit is what it is **** happens
 
Sucks man. I dont know what happened to people now adays. It seems that the older I get, the less respect the younger generation has. What happened to good-ole-fasioned whoopins.

Retaliation is always the best answer. You should have just shot at them, that would have probably been the best route to take, right... WRONG.

Both you and the other people were in the wrong, deal with the consequences and be lucky that instead of hitting a family in a van you only got a ticket.
 
we were legit the only cars on the road. im just glad he didnt think we were racin. and i was on rt 44 right before the last exit to rt 3. yeahh soo i dont wanna fork 230 right away, but i also dont want to try and fight it and pay more than i have to. so does anyone know if i mail it back sayin i wanna fight it then when i show up just pay it and not the fee for fighting it. cuz the fee is mainly to see the magistrate soo is that legit. i should ask on ne pontiac. mass is the worst state high taxes sh1t for roads and d0uche bag tools. im only 20 but dammn some kids are so immatre its redicules. im just gettin more pissed when i think about wut i coulda done wit 230 to the prix. thats the suspention work i need done for the rims i was getting next week. fml

You messed up man.. Plain and simple. That's where a little more age gives you that ability to hold back longer/know that there's not a cop around.

Typically the magistrate will knock if back if you show up dressed nicely and say anything reasonable. Being that you didnt get nailed for racing, that's kinda nice.
 


the question is. why the **** do you care? people flip me off all the time. i just smile back. pisses THEM off even more.
 
ok lemme clear this up a lil bit. this was goin for like 10 miles i slowed down sped up kid kept swirvin twords me n **** it was rediculess. legit he just stayed with me he was on some other ****. at on point he pulled away then cups and **** was commin out the window. and i told the cop all this and he didnt care. whatever

Its all relative my friend.

And besides, if they're swerving at you and throwing sht, either lose their as by taking the next exit and getting back on, for your own safety. Or take a vid with your cell and report it if you want to take that route.

There have been countless times I've been given the finger, sometimes deserved sometimes not, but I almost always just do nothing in response.
 


OP: not to be an @ss but did you talk to the cop at all the way you come across in here? If you did I'm sure that contributed to the fine. If they were throwing stuff you should have pulled over and let them on there way or taken a different route. Video probably would have helped your case if you went to court. I have no clue as far as your local laws but for that speed no matter the reason you're getting a ticket and I'm sure they'd rule that way even if you had video proof as you had the ability to control the situation and remove yourself from it, you were in a moving car not cornered in a room.

I had a friend that was in a similar situation and he was in a faster vehicle and made it around them and decided to more or less spin the kids into a wall on the interstate but was apparently reported by someone and a few miles down the road was picked up and nearly ended up serving time because two of the kids were hurt in the accident. Basically no matter what you do other than walk away something bad is bound to come of it.
