extended crank times

so the regal has extended crank time, I've replaced the vacuum line that goes from the fuel pressure regulator around to the back of the engine the plugs, ac Delco 41-101 iridium, wires ac Delco 7 mm and the fuel filter so suggestions on the next move? fuel pressure regulator has no smell of fuel or leakage.
 


How long is "extended"? I know I always let my GP prime the system before I fire it up and never had an issue. Other than that might be time to throw a fuel pressure gauge on it and see if it's running low.
