I have magnaflow duals/2.5 inch cat back system with u bend delete made for the 3.8 GT/GTP's on my 3.1 and it sounds really good BUT was a little loud for my liking so I added another resonator behind the magna flow resonator to quiet it down a bit which it did. Generally speaking the 60 degree 3.1 sounds MUCH better than the 90 degree 3.8's which have an odd firing order.

just bought a 2000 GTP for parts that has a 3.8 and new dual exhaust . Just wondering before I try it. By the way I'm new to this what is "cat back"
