Exhaust

Well my exhaust is/has been leaking for a while now. But my boss did notice some black drops on the road of the jobsite where I usually drive the car. Not oil, did the oil change last week.

What will cause black liquid to leak? Is it just carbon?

I did seafoam the car and found a HUUGE leak, car sounds like ****. I want to wrap/rig the exhaust for now just for it to be quieter.
