exhaust tip problem

so i finally started to polish the tip today and as i stood back i noticed that i tips don't even look straight, so i went to go loosen the bolt so that i could take the tip out and readjust it well the only problem is that these are stock tips and a stock clamp holds the stock tip to the stock muffler well the bolt broke off the clamp which is no big deal but i can't get the clamp off, can anyone give me so advice ?

best bet.....if you have access to an air compressor..use a cut off wheel, or..a torch. these would be the quickest ways that I know of.
