Exhaust stinks ?

Hey my exhaust smells bad.
And it bothers me more now when it's summer and my windows down.

I had it in my old 98 gt too but wasn't that bad.

I passed smog test 6 months ago.

Could it be the catalytic converter?
If so,Is it important to replace or ignore it and save money?

What does it smell like? Rotten eggs would be the converter.

I don't know what's rotten eggs smell like.
But it's kinda like a gas (no fuel gas) like something bad.
I know I have a leak somewhere under that's why it comes to my window. But it's a bad smell U can't stand behind my car.

Do I have to change it ? Or ignore it?
