Exhaust question

I'm in Vegas so I'm finally going to start fixing my 97 Grand Prix. First is going to be flushing the radiator, there's a lot of gunk in there and the coolant is pretty bad.

Also, the rubber mount that holds my exhaust up is broken, I'd like to go to AZ to pick up another one, but I'm not sure exactly what to ask for. It's round rubber piece is all I know. Is it just called an exhaust mount? Also once I get this, how do I put it on? Do I just pick a spot and slap it on, or is it more complicated/difficult than that? I tried doing a google search to find instructions,

Also when flushing the radiator (It's pretty bad), should I get a kit (Keeping in mind I don't have much money)? Or should I just drain it, use a garden hose to wash most of it out, fill it up with distilled water, drain it, then fill with coolant? Would it be a good idea to switch to something besides dexcool? I've also heard people recommend doing a 50/50 mix of distilled water and coolant? Is this a good idea? I'm in Vegas so not too much of a concern when it comes to freezing, the coldest it gets here is maybe 40 degrees. 25-30 once in awhile during Christmas, but we get snow maybe once every year or two.

get rid of the dexcool and go back to the oldschool coolant. mix it 50/50 with water.

the exhaust hanger you should be able to get from autozone.
