Exhaust Manifold Gaskets

I can hear that i have got an exhaust leak but dont know where. What do u guys do to pinpoint where the exhaust leak is at? Also what exhaust manifold gaskets do u guys recommend using? I have ZZP Headers FWIW and am using the felpro gaskets. The material like stock head gaskets. Should i get some metal ones or will i not see better results?

metal stockers i believe and to pin point do a seafoam treatment if it blows smoke you will see it where its leaks

The stock GM Manifold gaskets are where its at tho

ok cool ill be going to stealership for somethings then.

Can u guys give me a straight forward way of doing that with seafoam? ive read so much about doing that and never really seem to come to a straight way of doing it and getting proper results.
